Dear Ms. Beck:

I have carefully considered your appeal to drop ANAT 315 (F 2014) and PHGY 214B (W 2015) past the academic deadline as well as receive an extension of your incomplete grade in PHAR 100 (F 2014). After reviewing your file, I have decided to grant your request.

You are permitted up to end of the Fall 2015 exam period to write your final exam for PHAR 100. Please ensure that you get in touch with Dr. Racz with plenty of notice to make the needed arrangements.

Note that any change in academic registration may impact government or private-firm student financial assistance eligibility and/or funding.
