Your grades in these courses will be replaced with a CR notation on your transcript.

I am terribly sorry to hear about the death of your father. I completely acknowledge how the grief from this circumstance had continued to impact you through the 2022 Fall term. I have granted this request due to the timeline, severity and academic impacts of your extenuating circumstances as confirmed by the documentation that you supplied.
