Dear Kenna McKee,
I have carefully considered your petition request to waive the add deadline related to the W24 term. After reviewing your file, I have decided to grant your request and will allow you to add ARTF 448 (W24) after the academic deadline.
I want you to know that this was a lenient decision as I see that you were able to enroll in other 2024 Winter term classes in August of 2023. I have granted this request due to the strong support that I have received from the instructor of this course that confirms that you completed the course successfully despite not being enrolled in it.
Tuition fees for this course will be charged to your SOLUS account as soon as this enrollment is processed in SOLUS.
Going forward, you should make every effort to check your schedule in SOLUS as well as to inform yourself of the academic regulations concerning deadlines as they are outlined in the "Important Dates" section on the Arts and Science web website to ensure that you are enrolled in the courses that you are attending.
Note that any change in academic registration may impact government or private-firm student financial assistance eligibility and/or funding. Please consult with the Student Awards Office, Office of the University Registrar, Gordon Hall, to understand the potential implications of changes to course or program registration and/or the consequences of not successfully completing the required course load.
Sincerely,
Jenn Stephenson Ph.D
