Decision Letter
Appeal Number: 1284
Decision Date: July 15, 2015
Associate Dean: Johanne Benard, Ph.D.
Student Name: Jessica Brown
Student Email: 12jgb@queensu.ca
Dear Jessica:
On behalf of the Associate Dean (Studies), your request to have your appeal heard after the 21-day timeline for submission has been granted. You may now proceed with your planned appeal to drop MATH 121 (W 2015) past the academic deadline.
Please access on the on-line appeals system at:
http://www.queensu.ca/artsci/help/academic-appeals/online-appeal-submission
After you enter your NetID and password you will now have a new appeal option called €œSubmit a Late Appeal€. Choose this option and follow the steps. Your appeal letter should explain the extenuating circumstances concerning these particular courses, and include any relevant supporting documentation that wasn€™t included with your prior appeal. There will not be a fee for this new appeal, as it will be considered an amendment to your 21-day deadline appeal so the system will skip over the payment step.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the Faculty Office for advice or assistance.
Sincerely,
Haley Everson
Appeals Coordinator and Academic Advisor
