I have carefully considered your appeal to receive an extension of your incomplete grade in STAT 263 (W 2015). After reviewing your file, I have decided to grant your request.

You are permitted up to January 15, 2016 at the latest to write this exam and it is your responsibility to contact Professor Molson to arrange a mutually convenient time and make the appropriate arrangements.

I would also like to note that I am very concerned about your heavy family responsibilities and your other extenuating circumstances that are still occurring. According to your transcript and your letter, it sounds like you plan to pursue a full course load for the fall term. Should you find this load too difficult to manage around your personal circumstances, please ensure that you drop courses as needed within the academic deadlines. The last day to drop a fall term course is Friday, November 6.
