I have carefully considered your petition for Aegrotat Standing in GNDS 326 (S25). After reviewing your file and the information that I have received from the instructor of the course, I have decided to grant your request.

I will allow you Aegrotat Standing with a replacement grade of C (65.83) based on the 60 percent of the course components that you had completed within the Summer term.

Alternately, if you would prefer to drop the course after the academic deadline instead, I will allow that so that your final grade can be replaced with a DR notation on your transcript.
