Dear Ms. Snell:

I have carefully considered your appeal to receive an extension of your incomplete grade in KNPE 255 (W 2015). After reviewing your file, I have decided to grant your request.

You are permitted up to the final day of the December exam period to write this exam. However, because of the unpredictable nature of your illness, I am willing to extend this deadline further if needed. If you find that you have not yet recovered fully by this time you may amend your appeal to request a further extension by emailing asc.appeals@queensu.ca. Documentation from your doctor confirming that you are still not well enough to write must be included with your request.

Note that it is your responsibility to communicate regularly with Professor Ross to ensure that the appropriate arrangements are in place to write your deferred exam.
