A petition of this type should include a presentation of the reasons for the delay and must include documents that support the reasons for this delay.
After a thorough review, I must conclude that while the supplied documentation attests to extenuating medical circumstances in Fall 2022, and again in September 2023, there is no documentation provided to confirm any extenuating circumstances that would have prevented you from submitting a petition to drop the course over the past two years. Without any documented evidence to account for this delay, I am unable to hear your petition at this late date.
