After careful consideration of the documentation you submitted and the information supplied by the instructors about the circumstances surrounding these courses, I have decided to grant your appeal. Your grades in these courses will appear on your transcript as CR.

Note that the appeals system is not designed to compensate for extenuating circumstances that are ongoing in nature for which the student is unable or unwilling to resolve or effectively manage so any future appeals based on these same circumstances will be reviewed carefully. Please ensure that you seek some support through the Student Wellness Services Centre to help you cope with your anxiety (there are workshops, counselling and other options available) and take advantage of the other support services available on campus, such as The Learning Commons in Stauffer Library.
