Petition Letter
I hope this petition finds you well. I am writing to request your kind consideration to allow me to write my Geography 102 Exam at an earlier time.
Unfortunately, I have an unavoidable flight scheduled for April 25th, which is the same day as the exam. Despite my best efforts to reschedule the flight, I am unable to do so. I understand that the exam is a crucial component of my course, and I am committed to performing my best.
I understand that my personal plans do not qualify as extenuating circumstances in usual circumstances, however, altering my current travel plans I have in place would result in the loss of thousands of dollars.
I would be grateful if you could grant me permission to write the exam at an earlier time, I assure you that I will adhere to all the guidelines and regulations associated with the exam.
Thank you for considering my request. I would be happy to provide any additional information or clarification that you may require. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to facilitate the process.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Sincerely,
Taylor Snell
