Petition Letter
Dear Dean Representative,
I, Bennett Zeng request a petition to add classes after the deadline. Due to the exchange in Singapore and the stress of final exams on May.3rd, it has adversely affected my mental state. I was also in the Singapore General Hospital due to stomach pain on Apr 28th due to stomach pain. Although, it did not affect my academic performance much, it made me restless. Additionally, because 2 factor authentication was being enabled on my account, I had to get a text message verification on my phone to login to Solus. However, my sim card slot was broken and I couldn't access my Solus until May.6th when I arrived in China. At that time, it was too late for me to enroll in classes.
