Academic Plan
My academic performance is affected in large part due to Math 121. I feel my performance in my other courses is at a high enough level to maintain a GPA that I am satisfied with.
I am generally very strong in mathematics and feel that I will not struggle with statistics and any other math-related courses in 2nd year and beyond. It just seems that calculus does not click with me. However, if my request to have the 1st year Math requirement waived is not granted, I will continue to work with a tutor on a regular basis to ensure I pass Math 121.
I am very much looking forward to being able to take courses that are of greater interest to me and that I am passionate about, such as Animal Behaviour and Zoology. I also am interested in taking the Field Biology courses to gain hands-on experience with field work and concrete application of the concepts and ideas I will be learning about in class.
