Dear Dean/ Health Sciences Department,
My name is Shameelah Lingard my student number is 20407526.
I registered for ANAT 100 in the Winter 2023. But I didn't receive and information regarding when class was to take place. Due to dealing with family members with special needs as I am there primary care taker and recently being diagnosed myself. I didn't withdraw as so much was going at that time for me and it was a very difficult time. I am respectfully asking if I could appeal to retroactively withdraw from ANAT 100. As I really want to take the course and pursue this amazing learning path to the Health Sciences online degree.
