Petition Letter
Good Afternoon
I am writing today to ask that FRST105 be removed from my academic record. During the time that this course was taking place I was in a medical crisis and needed to have two kidney surgeries and 1 procedure done. I was hospitalized for a time and unable to complete any work. I was not aware of any type of appeal or ability at that time to drop a class or have it removed. This was in Summer term 2017. This medical crisis resulted in me getting an F in the class and I would like to be able to have it removed from my transcripts. Recently speaking with an advisor through ASO they explained this process to me.
I have medical documentation that will be provided as well.
