Hello! My name is Paris Forbes.
I switched my major only about a week ago so my courses have been all over the place. I finally got off the waitlist for 2 courses on September 18th, 2023 which was the deadline, and these 2 courses only showed up on my OnQ on September 19th, 2023. One of these courses was EMPR 210 (employment law) which is a very heavy course load and I feel as though I am not yet prepared for it, especially starting it two weeks late as I have only taken EMPR 100. I want to take it in later years like third or fourth. I hastily dropped it yesterday as I have extreme anxiety, had an episode, and forgot that this deadline has passed. I am now extremely stressed as I only have 4 courses this semester.
Could you please enroll me in either RELS 202? There are 13 seats left. My friend is in this course and has shown me what I have missed and need to catch up on.
I am completely prepared for next semester and have learnt a lot about how courses, waitlists, and solus in general work and I can promise this will not happen.
