Petition Letter
To whom it may concern,
Due to my midterm mark not being released by the drop date- although the professor clearly stated that marks would be released prior, I could not drop the course as I was unaware of how I was doing in the course. The professor sent an email apologizing as he was unaware the marks were not displayed. Dropping the course prior to my knowledge of my mark would have been illogical therefore, due to these extenuating circumstances, I would greatly appreciate being able to drop the course without academic penalty.
