Petition Letter
I am looking to drop Biology 103 before the fall exams commence. I am an international student who came to campus 3 weeks late waiting for my visa back home. I have been trying to get on my feet with all my courses but taking BIOL103 online this semester has made it next to impossible. Because of the stress of school and certain family issues, I’ve been extremely burned out and slightly depressed, and have been struggling to get back on my feet. I do plan on taking the class in person next semester, but it is essential that I drop it now rather than fail it. I was on top of my game before fall 2023 when enrolling in classes, but I was a bit too late to enrol in BIOL103’s in-person class. I’m just glad I have enrolled against next semester and I have a better shot at passing the class and leaving it behind me.
