Petition Letter
On April 3rd, I suffered a seizure in my university home in Kingston. As a result of this, I fell to the ground, dislocating and breaking my shoulder in 3 places. I spent the next 20 hours in the hospital and right before being discharged, I suffered a second seizure; this time, biting off a chunk of my tongue.
Since then, I have been at home in Toronto with my family. I have been directed by healthcare professionals to be watched 24 hours a day by a family member in case of another seizure. I am also wearing a sling with no mobility on my right arm (writing hand).
I am not emotionally or physically capable of writing my exams.
I have adequate grades in all courses that I am applying for this AG.
I am currently waiting for my discharge statement from KGH. This includes detailed descriptions of all events that happened. It is in the mail, I will submit the document as soon as I get it.
