Academic Plan
Due to advice of my family doctor I would like to drop just the lab portion of this course. I am enrolled in major and dropping the lab portion of this course is not affecting my prerequisites for next year in any way. I have the letter and my medication prescription and I am more than happy to submit them to your office.
