I hope this message finds you well, My name is Noah Alazar and I'm currently in my second year in Economics. I am writing to inform you of some personal challenges I've faced this year, which have impacted my academic performance. Unfortunately, my sister has been dealing with a serious health condition, and supporting her during this time has significantly affected my ability to keep up with my coursework.
As a result, I am currently on academic probation. However, I am committed to my studies and am taking a full load of summer courses to compensate for my academic setbacks. I am writing to kindly ask if it would be possible to consider these summer course grades as part of my cumulative GPA. This adjustment would greatly assist me in continuing my journey in the Economics undergraduate program.
I understand the usual protocols, but I am hopeful for your support and understanding given my circumstances. This consideration would mean a lot to me and help me stay on track with my academic goals.
