Petition Letter
Hello there. My name is Madeleine Parsons. I have just completed my second year at Queen's University under the Health Studies program and am looking to improve my GPA so I am continuously eligable for my exchange program in 2025.
During my second year, I took KNPE 125, KNPE 251 and PSYC 100 which were all difficult classes for me. I did my best to achieve reasonable grades and keep my GPA in good standing, however, that was unfortunately not the case. I worked with tutors, spent hours in the library and never missed a class, however, those three classes have brought my GPA down (2.670) below the threshold for my future host university (2.8).
I would appreciate it significantly if I would be allowed to enroll in HLTH 230 so I can do my best to improve my GPA and be on track to fulfilling my dream of studying abroad. Thank you very much in advance.
