Petition Letter
To whom it may concern,
I am writing to petition for retroactive enrolment in ARTF 448 for the Winter Term of 2024.
I must first express my regret for the oversight on my part, as well as acknowledge technical difficulties with SOLUS, Queens' enrollment system, which collectively resulted in my failure to enroll in ARTF 448 for the Winter Term of 2024. However, despite these challenges, I successfully completed all the requirements for the course during the Fall Term of 2023, under the course code ART 447, as confirmed by a written letter from my professor affirming my full completion of ARTF 448's material.
Understanding the importance of proper enrollment procedures, I take full responsibility for my oversight and any inconvenience it may have caused. However, I remain committed to rectifying this situation and ensuring my academic record accurately reflects my achievements.
I kindly request your understanding and consideration in granting me retroactive enrollment in the Winter Term section of ARTF 448. I assure you of my dedication to fulfilling any additional requirements necessary to address this administrative oversight.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I am confident that, with your support, we can resolve this issue and uphold the integrity of my academic record.
Sincerely,
Kenna McKee
