Academic Plan
My academic plan is as follows:
• Program Switch: I have decided to switch my program from Kinesiology to Health Studies. This change is informed by my previous success in health studies courses and my genuine passion for the subject matter, leading me to believe that this adjustment will positively impact my academic performance.
• Regular Check-ins: I am committed to maintaining rigid scheduling for monthly meetings with both my academic advisor and healthcare provider to ensure I remain on track with my academic and personal goals.
• Utilization of Resources: I plan to access more on-campus resources, including SASS, professors, teaching assistants, and classmates. By actively engaging with these resources, I aim to enhance my understanding of course materials and improve my academic performance.
• Summer Preparation: Over the summer months, I have already begun implementing better time and stress management tools. By establishing these habits now, I aim to enter the upcoming semester with effective strategies in place to manage my workload and mitigate stressors.
