Petition Letter
when i was viewing the human genetics course on solus (BIOL 110), I did not realize that i actually enrolled in the course. I was unfortunately charged on my solus account without me being aware (since I had not logged onto solus since) and I never actually accessed the course at all or signed in since then. Unfortunately I did not realize I had accumulating charges related to this course until I attempted to fill out the transcript request form last week. I am requesting to please have these charges refunded given the circumstances. I hope you can understand this difficult situation for me. Thank you in advance for your time.
