Petition Letter
To the dean,
I thank you for reading my letter and considering me for academic consideration in regards to dropping a course 2 years after taking it. I hope you understand that my academic score/record is essential for my scholarship with these grades for these courses I am unable to take some courses and/or am not considered for a scholarship. I am aiming for deans honours list this year, I hope you can find the compassion to drop these courses a year later than the required deadline. I failed these courses due to covid-19 and my living situation, I was over seas for the last 3 years and had been unable to study due to a newly developed mental illness.
