Dear Associate Dean,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request to re-enroll in GNDS 212, which I mistakenly dropped while managing my courses in SOLUS. I understand that the deadline to add courses has passed, but I would like to explain my situation in the hope that there can be a consideration.
While navigating SOLUS to finalize my course schedule, I accidentally dropped GNDS 212 without realizing it. It was a genuine error on my part, and I was really disappointed when I realized what had happened.
I’ve truly enjoyed GNDS 212 so far, as it’s been one of the most engaging courses I’ve taken. The discussions and material have not only deepened my understanding of gender issues but have also connected directly to my psychology studies. I’ve found it incredibly valuable, and I’m really eager to continue with the rest of the course. Rejoining the class would mean a lot to me.
I fully understand the policies regarding course enrollment deadlines, but I kindly ask for your consideration of my request.
