Petition Letter
Hello,
This petition is concerned with a late drop of REPD 372. I am a member of the varsity football team and acquired a severe concussion on September 21st 2024. I was unable to complete any content or assignments until November 1st 2024 and my recovery is still ongoing. I am unable to work for extended periods of time due to my health and as a result have missed a significant amount of content and assignments in all of my classes but mostly REPD 372. Due to my health I believe I will be unable to finish the course on time and to the best of my ability. I have dropped the course but would like the DR to be taken off my transcript as due to extenuating circumstances I am unable to finish the course.
