Petition Letter
Dear Queens University,
I'm requesting to have an opportunity complete my outstanding course work for RELS 131 in 2025 as I was having significant struggles with my mental health this past summer when I was enrolled in the course. I have since been diagnosed and medicated for ADHD and have been working with a clinical counsellor and health clinic to minimise my symptoms and challenges. I feel I now have the support to be successful in the course.
If not, what other options are available to me to ensure this course doesn't impact my transcript going forward as the knowledge of this being on my record is very stressful.
