Petition Letter
Good Afternoon.
My name is Colleen Johnson and I am an online student in the BA Psych stream. I was enrolled in the fall semester for Psyc 221, I cannot access the source any longer so the name of the professor is not accessible to me at this time. During the semester I was diagnosed with a concern with my kidney and I required surgery. It was supposed to be a simple in and out of hospital however it turned into more and I was unable to complete my course. I have been working toward this BA for quite some time and it was very upsetting that I was unable to finish the course. I enjoyed it and was doing quite well. I did get academic consideration for the time that I was supposed to be recovering and recovered however my body had a very different idea.
I would like to see if I am eligible for the aggregate credit option for this course and if not was wondering if we might be able to drop it from my transcripts so that it does not affect my standing.
