Academic Plan
Should my petition be accepted, I would complete POLS 112 by the end of the winter semester, and complete POLS 111 in the fall 2025 semester. I would shift my major from my placeholder into political studies, and begin to work towards fulfilling the required courses. After completing both prerequisites for all 200 level POLS courses, I would take as many 200 level POLS courses in the winter semester, helping me get back on towards a four year graduation plan. I have checked this courses availability in the summer, although it is not available. The completion of POLS 112 by the end of this semester is crucial for me not to fall another semester behind. Without taking classes working towards my desired major, my time spent here feels empty, and my efforts misdirected. This is all following the advice of a Queens academic advisor that I met with to discuss my future course selection. Thank you for reading my petition.
