Because I have a history of moderate to severe anxious depression, I relapsed in the summer of 2023, which included the inability to control my anxious mood, somatic symptoms: headaches, stomachaches, palpitations, and insomnia. This seriously affected my daily life and made it difficult for me to concentrate. At the same time, my thinking ability became slow, which led to serious self-doubt and severe irritability, making it difficult for me to complete the summer courses. Because the symptoms of depression are particularly severe during the summer vacation. But after medication and the company of my family, my mood improved in August, so I returned to school in September. While trying to complete the course, my medication has run out, and my anxiety has relapsed, causing me to be unable to complete some courses in the fall semester. And I had another relapse of my anxiety symptoms in the fall semester of 2024, Still, I have returned to China for a second review during the winter break.
