Petition Letter
To Whom it May Concern,
I am writing to request an appeal to drop both my summer courses after the academic deadline because on Thursday, July ninth, I was informed by my haematologist that I have a minor form of leukaemia called Essential Thrombocytosis, as stated by my attached document. Due to this condition, my parents and I have decided that it would be for the best if I took sometime to myself for the summer to properly deal with this very upsetting news. My plans as of the moment are to go back to Queen's in the fall and retake my first year (as I am on medical leave for depression). Thank you for taking the time to read through this.
