Since last semester, I've been feeling really low, and it's been affecting my health. I can't maintain a normal life anymore.In addition, the cold weather in Canada and the loneliness I've been experiencing have made it really hard for me to stay motivated to study. Sometimes, I feel so overwhelmed that I question the point of going on.Adapting a new environment in a different culture is really hard.
