I am appealing two courses, COMM 211 (Financial Accounting) and ECON 255, based on grounds of procedural fairness outlined in Appeal Regulation 3.4. Due to significant communication gaps, unresolved arrangements, and considerable academic load challenges, I have been unable to complete these courses, severely impacting my academic progress and GPA.
For COMM 211, I experienced a panic attack during my final exam caused by an urgent family emergency involving my grandmother’s stroke, necessitating immediate travel to Vancouver.
