Petition Letter
There was a technical issue during the scheduled time of this online exam on the 14th. DBMS Exam Coordination provided a new scheduling link on the 15th. Unfortunately, the rescheduled time conflicted with another deferred exam I had for a different course. And while I was in the process of finding an alternative time to complete the exam, I experienced a sudden and serious health issue in the afternoon of May 15, and had to go to the emergency room at Kingston General Hospital. I was treated overnight and discharged on the morning of May 16.
As an international student, I am currently enrolled in only three courses this term. Completing PHAR 100 is necessary to maintain full-time student status and keep my study permit valid, a late withdrawal is not an option for me.
