To whom it may concern,
I am writing to request an extension of a deferred until December 2025.
Earlier this year I had complications with my mental health and a severe wrist injury that required surgery. Since then I have been ongoing treatment and rehabilitation to fully recover both physically and mentally.
Given these circumstances, December 2025 is the earliest time I will be able to complete the exam as arranged with my instructor.
