Petition Letter
To Whom it may Concern,
I am appealing to drop GEOL104 and ARTH242 with a full refund because of my extenuating circumstances. I have dyslexia and anxiety and I required additional time to complete assignments. I have been having trouble with chronic fatigue and vitamin deficiencies that are currently affecting my completing and passing the courses. I asked for additional time to finish assignments in both courses and I could not get the time I needed to finish and pass the courses. The assignments were hard and I needed the time to finish. The professor was not willing to allot more time. There were problems where the assignments were hard and the professor was not there. The professor did not help with the assignments so this led to failing the course. I have also been having problems with my living arrangement there have been maintenance issues in my apartment that have been affecting me and it has been affecting my well being and my schoolwork. I have been to the doctor and appealed in May I gave a doctors note please refer to my doctors note May 2015. I can submit a new doctors note if needed.
