Petition Letter
MATH 121 is not apart of my degree plan and has been causing me challenges with my mental health. I have now chosen to pursue an alternate degree plan as I cannot take the challenge of Calculus anymore. It has been causing me severe stress and I have not been performing well academically and I believe it will lower my GPA and affect my degree plan. I have been experiencing panic attacks and have consulted with a doctor to provide some next steps and ways to combat the mental health battle. This course has made me experience dreadful days and not taking it will allow me to take courses that correlate to what my true passions are.
