Petition Letter
To Whom it may concern,
unfortunately i am unable to write the exam at the designated deferral time. I have Completed a REASE form excusing me of my absence. The reason I am unable to write this is due to a provincially sanctioned competition as i am apart of the Queens Mens Hockey Team. I have all my supporting documentation ready to submit upon request.
I have emailed various people from various departments and I have not heard back regarding next steps. I look forward to hearing back and I am eager to write this exam at an appropriate date and get through this tough time.
