Petition Letter
Last fall, my mother stopped responding to her cancer treatments (the attached letter has some details incorrect). My mental health, which was already frail due to many personal issues, deteriorated further. It took me a long time to recognize the severity of my condition until I resolved myself to pursue help at the university's mental health center. My mental health is still not in great condition, but I believe I am capable of completing these two courses and intend to get better throughout the semester.
