Petition Letter
I am requesting permission to take third year courses away from Queen's University in the Winter 2016 semester. I am planning to study abroad through the program Semester At Sea, run through the University of Virginia - an accredited university. After going over my academic plan both independently and with Dr. Allison Goebel (Undergraduate Chair of Environmental Studies) I am confident that the study abroad program will not disrupt my graduation and will in fact add a unique and international element to my degree.
