I am writing to respectfully request a deferral of my upcoming examination due to extenuating personal health circumstances that have significantly impacted my ability to prepare adequately over the past month.
Over this period, I have been experiencing ongoing health challenges of a personal nature that have materially affected my concentration, sleep, and overall capacity to engage with course material.
