Petition Letter
I have a mental health disability that is listed on VENTUS. Recently my mental health has significantly worsened. This has caused extreme impairment in my every day functioning. I am currently struggling to partake in basic tasks like getting out of bed, making meals to eat, and taking care of myself. Due to this extreme impairment I am unable to write exams. I will provide a letter from my doctor on Monday, May 25th.
