Petition Letter
To whom this may concern,
I sincerely appreciate the opportunity to have attended Queens University this fall. After pursuing Queens as my first choice school all throughout high school I was more than thrilled to have been accepted. Over the past few months while attending Queens I have experienced many difficulties with the program I was in, my life at home, and OSAP. Due to these factors I have hesitantly decided to withdraw from Queens.
On November 10th I made an appointment with an academic adviser in the faculty of Arts of Science. At this time, I was informed of the late penalty for withdrawing from Queens after November 6th. I have withdrawn from my other full year courses and my one winter term half course already. I am also already moved from residence and have returned my student card and keys.
At this time, I would like to make an appeal to drop my fall term course, Span P10. Knowing that I am doing so after the required deadline of November 6th. I hope that this can be resolved as quickly as possible.
Thank You
Lydia Stephens
