Petition Letter
To Whom it May Concern,
My name is Amanda Casselli, and I am currently an undergraduate politics student at Queen¿¿s University. This past summer semester, I enrolled in the online course ENG 237 (Children¿¿s Literature). Unfortunately, as I had recently begun a new job, as well as a volunteer position, I felt that I was no longer able to complete this online course to the best of my ability and therefore sought to drop the course. However, during this process there was a technical error and the course was not properly dropped, and I was unaware of this; this can be corroborated by the fact that I did not complete any assignments or tests after I thought I was no longer enrolled in the course. Because of the error, I have an outstanding debt for a course that I virtually did not take, and am therefore writing to appeal the outstanding balance on my account in order to register for courses in the winter semester.
