Academic Plan
As mentioned in the appeal letter, my academic plan for the future involves continuing to succeed in my academics by working with the resources Queen's offers for students experiencing health problems. After receiving a more intense treatment plan for the rest of the school semester, I have contacted and registered with Queen's Health Services and have met with an academic counsellor. With this help, I have created a plan for my remaining time at Queen's that is manageable and will allow me to continue to succeed.
