Email to Kenton Ko informing inability to finish this course was sent Feb 20th 2016. An email was sent to continuing education Feb 21st 2016 as well as a follow up phone call 3 separate instances. Follow up with David Youssef on two separate occasions via phone the last being today March 3, 2016.
