Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Unfortunately, because of a severe negative reaction to a prescription medication, my health and well being took priority over my studies. I was unable to sleep most nights and was not eating as a result of the negative reaction and the stress of my assignments became too much for me to handle. When coming back home for reading week, I suffered a hypo manic episode and had to be hospitalized temporarily. Thank you for understanding and considering my appeal.
