Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

I have been notified recently that I was enrolled in a class (Online distant interest student)in the winter of 2015. I had no idea I was enrolled in this class. I did not attend one class nor did I know that I was even enrolled in it. I did not receive one notification stating that I was even enrolled in this class. I did not submit anything nor did I receive anything. I only submitted the initial registration and couldn't continue due to personal family matters. I would like this course dropped from my account.

I am now ready to per sue my goal and I need to resolve this situation as soon as possible. Please contact me if you need any more information.
