Petition Letter
My mother passed away in March and I have decided to continue my studies at University in Toronto at York University due to the circumstances. Being away from home and attending Queens University after she passed away was an extremely difficult process, which led me to realize being in Toronto is necessary for my academics. Therefore, I am wishing to attend York University on a letter of permission from Queens University. I am requesting that I can take 18.0 credits in order to complete my 3 year degree and graduate with a Bachelor of Science in April 2017.
